Our
story

Having worked for many years in the landscaping and construction industry, I constantly witnessed companies struggle with communication, operations & the inconsistency of quality work. Through that observation, CRI was born with the goal to change the process and provide a better overall customer experience. We do this by leading with integrity and honesty. We also believe that strong communication and truly listening to and understanding our clients’ needs allows us to deliver exceptional results.

These core principles guide us in every project, ensuring that we not only enhance outdoor spaces but also contribute positively to the communities we serve.

CRI Landscape’s name was inspired by my 3 boys (Canaan, Roman & Iscen). Every day they remind me of what my purpose is and the legacy I want to leave, both with my children and my business. I believe a company that puts it’s core values and service to their customers and others first, can stand the test of time. My values, faith in God, and serving others before yourself is what drives me.

Process

Our company focuses on strong and clear communication, ensuring that you are informed and engaged at every stage, from initial consultation to project completion.

    • Schedule an onsite or virtual call - Here we will talk through ideas, and vision. Not sure what to do - that’s ok too, we’ll help guide you.

    • Assess landscape needs - We’ll want to see the area and look at soil condition, climate, and space requirements

    • Detailed Design Proposal - We will break down all of the costs: labor, materials, and timeline

    • Budget Alignment - We make sure to stick to your budget

    • Proposal presentation - We will go over a visual design of the landscape, and detailed plan of the project

    • Adjustments - make changes to the proposal as needed

    • Communication - We’ll keep you up to date as the project progresses

    • Final walk through - Once everything is complete we will walk you through the finished project

  • Maintenance Plans: If needed, we’ll talk through any maintenance services to keep your landscape healthy and vibrant. As well as, any seasonal upkeep.
